Important Court Decision
Dr. Kroiss was brought to trial on the grounds that IPT is unnecessarily risky and dangerous. The evidence was reviewed by a judge on May 12 and Dr. Kroiss was acquitted on all counts. This legal decision does much to validate the practice of IPT in Europe and the rest of the world.
